Welcome to WaveDance. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Vistar Construction Limited.

1. Service description

WaveDance provides AI-powered motion control video generation. You upload a character image and a reference dance video; we render a synthesized video.

2. Account & credits

• You must be 18+ to create an account.
• One account per person. Multi-account abuse to claim repeated promotions is prohibited and may result in ban.
• Credits are non-transferable, do not expire, and have no cash value.
• Free trial credits (8) are granted on first signup only.

3. Content rules

• You retain ownership of your input photo and reference clip. You must have rights to upload them.
• Do not upload: minors in any sexual context, deepfakes of real people without consent, copyrighted dance choreography you don't have rights to, illegal content.
• We may remove and ban accounts violating these rules without refund.

4. Commercial license

Paid users receive a commercial license for generated videos. You can use them on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, paid ads, and client work.

6. Service availability

We rely on third-party AI providers. We don't guarantee 100% uptime. If a job fails, credits are auto-refunded.

7. Liability

Service provided "as is". WaveDance is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit from use of generated videos. Maximum liability: amount paid in last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. Banned users can email support@wavedance.net to appeal.
